Thank you for supporting Sibol Studio. As a small business, every order is prepared with care. Please take a moment to read our terms before placing your order.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
  • Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to you. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the courier's tracking system to update.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including their complete address and contact number. Sibol Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order when necessary.
  • Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we work closely with our courier partners, delays may occur that are outside of our control. Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for transit lies with the shipping provider.
  • Orders that have already been dispatched can no longer be changed, cancelled, or exchanged.

  • Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice.
  • Prices may vary across different selling platforms or retail partners. These differences do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments.

Product Information

  • We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, and fabric characteristics.

Preorders

  • All preorder purchases are considered final.
  • If you require a size adjustment for a preorder item, we may be able to accommodate your request depending on availability. Alteration fees may apply.
